The ILMUNC India 2026 Secretariat comprises dedicated undergraduates from the University of Pennsylvania, bringing their expertise and passion for Model UN to this inaugural conference. With experience in organizing prestigious MUNs, they ensure high standards of debate, diplomacy, and collaboration while curating engaging committee topics and seamless logistics.
Josh Miller
Josh Miller is a freshman from Philadelphia studying Economics with a minor in Consumer Psychology. Josh is also an active member in the AI Society at Penn and Penn Sports Analytics Group. Away from school, you can also find Josh on the padel or tennis court honing in his skills. He can't wait to meet the delegates and begin ILMUNC India 2026!

Theo Brown
Theo Brown is a sophomore from Baltimore, MD studying Bioengineering. Outside of ILMUNC, he is involved in the Engineering Deans' Advisory Board and Assistive Devices and Prosthetic Technologies club. He loves a good jog down the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia, or trying any new food spot. He is thrilled to meet the delegates of for ILMUNC India 2026.

Dahlia Zemmel is a freshman from New York City studying Mechanical Engineering & Applied Mechanics with a minor in Math. Outside of ILMUNC, Dahlia serves as the Vice President External of the Engineering Deans' Advisory Board, helping connect students and faculty to strengthen the Penn engineering community. In her free time, Dahlia enjoys playing soccer with friends and biking through Philadelphia. She is extremely excited to meet all the delegates for ILMUNC India 2026!

Julia Fremberg is a senior from Great Falls, Virginia studying Computer Science with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence and a minor in Mathematics. Outside ILMUNC, she serves as a teaching assistant for CIS 1200, sits on the executive board of the Engineering Student Activities Council, and works as a Kite and Key tour guide. In her free time, you can find Julia running, traveling, or exploring new coffee spots. She is incredibly excited to meet all the delegates for ILMUNC India 2026!

Penelope Halpern is a freshman from New York City studying Cognitive Science. Outside ILMUNC, she is an active member of the TAMID business club and is involved with Community Outreach where she tutors children from local schools. In her free time, you can find her going on runs and exploring Philadelphia! She is looking forward to the conference and to meet all the delegates for ILMUNC India 2026!

Isabel Caldera is a sophomore at the University of Pennsylvania studying biophysics and chemistry. Originally from Nicaragua where she participated 5 years in MUN conferences, she reconnected with debate through ILMUNC. Beyond STEM and MUN, Isabel enjoys her spare time painting and hanging out with her family and friends.

Sudhir Yelamarthy is a freshman at the University of Pennsylvania, studying electrical engineering. While only from an hour away from Philadelphia, he still enjoys exploring campus and city with friends, going on walks, and trying new restaurants. Outside of ILMUNC, he is involved in Penn Electric Racing as a member of the electrical hardware team. In his free time, you could find him playing pool or foosball in one of the residential lounges.

Avi is a freshman from Warren, New Jersey studying Economics and Anthropology. Outside of ILMUNC, he is involved in Penn International Impact Consulting and the South Asian Student Association. In his free time, he enjoys trying new restaurants in Philly, going for runs, and cooking. He is looking forward to working with all the delegates and making ILMUNC India 2026 an unforgettable experience!

Juliette Silk is a senior from Scarsdale, New York studying Art History with a minor in Consumer Psychology and Cinema Studies. Once she graduates, she will be pursuing a career in film and enterainment in Los Angeles. Outside of ILMUNC, Juliette is involved with Kite and Key touring society, where she gives tours to prospective Penn students. In her free time you can find her hiking, painting, and watching movies. She has been involved in Model UN since her freshman year of high school, and is eagerly waiting to see some fantastic debate in August!

Asher Zemmel is a Senior from New York studying Politics, Philosophy, Economics, and Engineering. Outside of ILMUNC, he works for admissions at Penn, is involved with the Institute of Contemporary Art, coaches a run club, volunteers, and is a rescue scuba diver. Asher is thrilled to meet you all in India!
