The Secretariat
The ILMUNC India 3.0 Secretariat comprises dedicated undergraduates from the University of Pennsylvania, bringing their expertise and passion for Model UN to this inaugural conference. With experience in organizing prestigious MUNs, they ensure high standards of debate, diplomacy, and collaboration while curating engaging committee topics and seamless logistics.
Hannah Moss
Hannah Moss is a senior from New York studying Finance and Business Analytics. Outside of ILMUNC she is involved in a business clubs across the school and the Penn Autism Alliance Board. In her free time you can find Hannah learning new recipes (the fundamentals of cooking), playing with her new dog, or trying new coffee shops. She can't wait to meet you all!

Jade Stein is a senior in the College of Arts & Sciences studying Philosophy, Politics & Economics, with a minor in International Relations. Originally from Aventura, Florida, Jade has been involved in Model UN since high school and has continued that love at Penn through ILMUNC. After serving as an Under Secretary-General and traveling to Shanghai as a Director for ILMUNC China, she is excited to continue being part of the community that has become such a defining piece of her Penn experience.

Will Helm is a junior at The Wharton School concentrating in Behavioral Economics and minoring in Cognitive Neuroscience. He lives in New York City and began participating in Model UN in middle school. Outside of class, Will is a Wharton Ambassador and a Leadership Venture Fellow. In his free time, Will enjoys going for runs, eating at new restaurants, and spending time with his friends. He is so excited to meet everyone at Ilmunc India this January!

Halima is a senior in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Political Science with a concentration in American Politics and minoring in Legal Studies and History. Originally from Cambridge, Massachusetts, Halima discovered her passion for international relations through ILMUNC and has served on the Secretariat for three years. In her free time, she loves going to concerts, exploring new cities, and spending time with friends. Halima is beyond excited to welcome delegates to ILMUNC India and experience the incredible energy of India this winter!

Eitan Malkus is a senior from Potomac, Maryland studying Political Science and History. Outside ILMUNC, he is involved in Penn's Kite and Key Tour Guiding Society, a member of the Jewish Heritage Program Board, and part of Greek Life on campus. In his free time, he loves to run and is planning on running a half marathon this winter! Eitan is proud to serve as a member of ILMUNC India's Secretariat and cannot wait to meet everyone in January!

Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, Class of 2027
Matthew Barotz is a senior from Scarsdale, NY, studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics with a concentration in Public Policy and Governance and double minoring in Sustainability and French. He is interested in climate policy and hopes to enter the renewable energy industry after graduating. On campus, Matthew serves as the president of his major and works with NBC on federal election analysis. In his free time, Matthew likes to cook with his friends and hunt for the best restaurant in Philadelphia.
